For decades, we have been working all over the world for offshore wind, geothermal, oil & gas, leisure and civil industries. What will you be doing working as a Recruiter for Huisman?

As a Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process for different disciplines and job groups. You have the ability to communicate at various levels: from technical to commercial and from starter to manager. You are a sparring partner for managers but also think with them about diversity in the teams and development of the teams. You know how to shift quickly between different tasks and you keep a good overview. When you have found the right match, your task is not over because we like to keep new talent within our organization; you will also focus on talent management and internal mobility. In addition, you are also involved in Campus Recruitment events and Training demands. 

 

You are responsible for:

  • Inventory of formation planning;
  • Align vacancies and recruitment strategy with the business;
  • Create and share vacancies through various recruitment channels;
  • Proactively search for the right candidate;
  • Receiving candidates and, if desired, attending interviews;
  • Follow up on the complete procedure;
  • Draw up an offer in consultation with the relevant manager;
  • Drawing up a development plan for the employee; 

Wondering if you are equipped for impact? Ideally you are:

  • Relevant Bachelor degree;
  • Several years of work experience as a recruiter and ready for your next step;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and search tools;
  • Affinity with technology;
  • Flexible and facilitating attitude;
  • You feel responsible and take ownership of your procedures;
  • Communicatively strong with a commercial insight; 

To conclude, some practical things we need you to have:

  • A practical disposition and a good command of the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing;
  • You are available at least 32 hours a week;
