What to expect of the (Senior) Expeditor position within Huisman?
Do you like to work like Huisman's ears, eyes and voice? As an Expeditor, you monitor the progress of ur suppliers and, where necessary, go to visit them to understand whether the set deadlines are met. You have a critical mind-set and you do not want to end up empty-handed. You link complete and reliable information back to project so that they do not face surprises in the planning.

What do we expect of you?
As an (Sr.) Expeditor you are responsible for:
- Coordination of deliverables with internal stakeholders such as Engineering and QC for deadlines and external visits;
- Monitoring progress of purchased goods and services, in line with the purchase order;
- Ensuring delivery is according to agreements, push and escalate when the project needs it;
- Pro-active approach as timely delivery is essential to the projects.

You feel comfortable within technical organizations and know how to switch with different levels, one moment on the production floor at a supplier the next moment at a manager at the table.
- A relevant Bachelor level;
- Flexible, Client oriented and focused;
- Proactive and Persuasive;
- Practical, accurate and punctual;
Some practical things we need you to have:
- An EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- A good command of the English language verbally and in writing.
