Application form
By submitting this form, I consent to allow Huisman Equipment B.V. (“Huisman”) to use the data, as included in the form, for the purpose of the recruitment and hiring process. This data shall only be processed and/or accessed by the relevant personnel, i.e. recruiter and recruiting manager. During the recruitment process Huisman might request an assessment. Processing of this assessment falls within the consent as given above. I understand that Huisman will hold my data in a secured environment and that it will not be distributed to third parties. I have a right to change or access my information, upon written request. I agree that when this data is no longer required for the purpose, but for a maximum period of 1 years, Huisman shall erase this data from its database. Governing law and jurisdiction
This disclaimer and privacy statement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Rotterdam for any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of, relating to or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of the Huisman website(s).
Google Analytics
Huisman makes use of Google Analytics to monitor how users use the website and to monitor how effective the search results are for its AdWords with Google. Google uses this information to monitor how the Huisman websites are used, to compile reports about the websites for Huisman and to provide its advertisers with information on the effectiveness of their campaigns.
