Huisman expands market position in cable-lay equipment with LOI from DFO
Huisman has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with DFO for the delivery of a Cable Carousel and the option for a complementary Cable-Lay System. Initially, the Cable Carousel will be installed on pipelay vessel Orient Adventurer. Together with the existing Huisman Vertical-Lay System, the carousel will be deployed for subsea cable-laying projects in fixed and floating offshore wind.

Huisman to equip Seaway7 jack-up vessel Seaway Ventus with monopile installation spread
Huisman has been awarded a contract by Seaway7, part of Subsea7 Group, for the delivery of the entire monopile installation spread for jack-up vessel Seaway Ventus, consisting of a Monopile Gripper, an Upending Frame, and two sets of Monopile Storage Cradles.

Huisman adds Auxiliary Crane packages to Havfram Wind orders
Huisman has been awarded a contract from Havfram Wind, an installation contractor for offshore wind turbines, for the delivery of two packages of Auxiliary Cranes for both of the company’s NG-20000X-HF Wind Turbine Installation Vessels, currently under construction at CIMC Raffles Shipyard in China.

Huisman Flex-Lay System successfully utilised on cable-lay works for floating wind turbine in China
Huisman has announced that its 325mt Flex-Lay System onboard Hai Yang Shi You 286 has successfully installed 5 kilometres of subsea power cable, which connects the Haiyou Guanlan floating wind turbine to the Wenchang oilfield’s grid off the coast of China.

Huisman to equip Jan De Nul's Voltaire and Les Alizes with 3,500mt Monopile Spreader Bar
Jan De Nul Group has awarded Huisman a contract for the delivery of a 3,500mt Monopile Spreader Bar. The Spreader Bar will support and optimise installation of offshore wind turbines. It is able to handle monopiles with the largest diameter and length currently available.

Huisman has launched myHuisman©, an online client portal in which it offers equipment owners three digital services; a parts shop, a knowledge base including a smart ticketing system, and a technical library to make monitoring, maintenance, and service of Huisman equipment more efficient and predictable.

Huisman 25 years located in Wiltonhaven of Schiedam
This year, Huisman has been located in the Wiltonhaven in Schiedam (NL), the Netherlands for 25 years. The company moved to the Admiraal Trompstraat location at the end of 1998. Here, it grew into a global player in large cranes, installation equipment for offshore wind farms, and pipelay and drilling equipment for the world's leading companies in the energy sector.

Huisman to equip Havfram WTIVs with 3,000mt+ Leg Encircling Cranes
Huisman has announced the award of contract from Havfram Wind, an installation contractor for offshore wind turbines, for delivery of a 3,000mt+ Leg Encircling Crane for its second NG-20000X Wind Turbine Installation Vessel. The vessel is ordered at CIMC Raffles. Huisman's contract follows an earlier order in December 2022 for an identical crane to be installed on the first vessel.
