What do we expect of you?
As an Expeditor Services you will be responsible for:
- Correct and timely coordination with internal stakeholders such as Engineering and QC for deadlines and external visits;
- Monitoring the progress of purchased goods and services;
- Ensure timely delivery as agreed;
- Timely detection of deviations from agreements with suppliers and initiation and follow-up of appropriate actions.
Wondering if you are 'equipped for impact'?
You are someone where the word 'give up' cannot be found in the dictionary, who likes to understand people and does not settle for half a word. You feel comfortable within technical organizations and know how to switch with different levels, one moment on the production floor at a supplier the next moment at a manager at the table.
You have/are:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or supply chain management;
- Nevi 1 or equivalent and Nevi 2 (or willingness to take this course);
- 3-5 years' experience in an engineering organisation;
- Ability to adapt quickly to new demands and prioritise;
- Analytical, proactive and able to demonstrate ownership.
- Flexible, Client oriented and focused;
- Proactive and Persuasive;
- Structured, self-steering in planning and prioritizing;
Some practical things we need you to have:
- An EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- A good command of the English language verbally and in writing.
