About the position of Corporate Recruiter

Recruitment is a profession. Especially at Huisman, where recruitment and talent development are closely connected. In this role, you combine corporate recruitment with campus recruitment. This means you will be responsible for filling positions across various disciplines while also partly actively engaging with students, graduates, and educational institutions

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are a trusted sparring partner and business partner for hiring managers. You guide them through the recruitment process and act as the first point of contact for capacity matters. Together, you define short- and long-term staffing needs and translate these into a clear and future-focused recruitment approach. By building trust and applying your expertise, you create sustainable partnerships with the business and deliver real impact.

You oversee the entire recruitment cycle, take ownership of the recruitment strategy and manage the process end to end — from direct sourcing to the engagement of external agencies, always under your direction and conditions. In doing so, you effortlessly navigate between different target groups, levels and interests.

At the same time, you have one foot firmly in the student world. As part of campus recruitment, you are the face of Huisman for students and graduates and act as the key link to the internal organisation. You define and drive the campus recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with Huisman’s long-term talent needs. You maintain relationships with universities, universities of applied sciences and student associations, organise recruitment events, and actively involve colleagues who represent Huisman at career fairs, conferences and in-house events.

You translate external insights, trends and labour market signals into concrete input for Huisman and discuss these with the recruitment team and the business. Conversely, you ensure that internal developments, projects and stories are communicated effectively to students and graduates. In this way, you work together with the organisation to build the talent of tomorrow.

You are part of the recruitment team and work closely with other HR colleagues. The atmosphere is open, professional and engaged, with plenty of room for initiative and innovation.
